Re: how do you replace a file now? |
Hi Molly, it's new now. Here's a really short summary of the process from memory of my upload yesterday. Let me know how it goes.
1. Go to the Contribution Center linked on the left of the LMA.
2. Click on "Create and upload a new movie, audio recording, live concert recording, or book."
3. Fill out the form that says "Use this section instead if item is a live music recording for the Live Music Archive"
4. Follow the instructions it gives you to upload the recording.
5. When the upload completes, open the webpage for the item, format is:
http://www.archive.org/details/identifier (where "identifier" is the folder you uploaded into in step 4)
6. Fill out the form to submit all the recording details.
7. Done.

That's what I thought I did, Brad, but I guess I did it wrong?
The item you have requested had an error:
Exhausted all choices for locator URLs. Item cannot be found.
which prevents us from displaying this page.
does that help at all?
this is for dgans2006-03-30.aud.flac

Re: how do you replace a file now? |
How about this:
1. Go to the Contribution Center.
2. Click on "See your contribution tasks that are not yet completed."
3. Click on the name of the recording.
